So what do we look for in our judges?

  • Integrity. Judges must respect our unique judging process, and must not share client results and the awards results. All judges are required to complete a Confidentiality Agreement.
  • Are open minded. There's no point being a judge if you believe your way is the only way.
  • Are Passionate. People who are vocal when they see great strategy, creativity and results. And equally vocal when they don't!
  • Are experienced. Are able to draw from their own professional experience to gauge whether something is deserving of a DMA Award. 
  • Are new. We welcome people who haven't judged before, who bring new perspectives and fresh thinking.
